Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

1. What we collect

DataWhy
Email addressTo deliver your access key and order updates
Order & payment metadataOrder ID, amount, chosen plan, crypto payment reference — for order fulfillment and support
Source IP addresses used with your keyTo enforce the IP-limit you purchased (see Terms)
Support chat messagesTo respond to your questions
Basic request logs (IP, timestamp, user agent)Rate-limiting, fraud prevention, debugging

We do not collect your name, physical address, or payment card details — crypto payments are processed entirely by our payment provider (see Section 3), we never see your wallet's private keys or full transaction history.

2. What we don't collect

We have no visibility into what you do through the proxies themselves — that traffic passes through the third-party proxy providers we resell, not through servers we control. We do not log or inspect the content of your proxied requests.

3. Third parties we share data with

We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data retention

We keep order and key records for as long as reasonably needed for support, fraud prevention, and legal/accounting purposes. Support chat history is kept to help with follow-up questions. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support, subject to what we're legally required to retain (e.g. financial records).

5. Cookies & local storage

We use browser localStorage (not third-party tracking cookies) to remember your theme preference, language, chat session token, and portal key — purely functional, not for advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. Security

Access keys are randomly generated and not derived from personal information. We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security — use a unique, non-reused email if you have specific privacy concerns.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
