Terms of Service
Last updated: October 31, 2026
1. Who we are
Proxy-labs.net ("we", "us", "the Service") is a reseller of third-party proxy access. We aggregate and resell access to proxy lists sourced from independent proxy providers. We do not operate, own, or control the underlying proxy servers themselves — we sell convenient, time-limited access keys to lists maintained by those third parties.
2. What you're buying
When you purchase a key, you receive time-limited access (for the duration you selected) to a proxy list gateway, restricted to a maximum number of source IP addresses you chose at checkout. We make a commercially reasonable effort to keep the underlying list large, fresh, and deduplicated, but we do not guarantee the uptime, speed, anonymity level, or geographic availability of any individual proxy at any given moment — proxy lists change constantly and are outside our direct control.
3. No liability for use of the proxies
You are solely responsible for how you use the proxy access you purchase. We do not monitor, log, or have visibility into your traffic through third-party proxies, and we do not endorse, encourage, or have any involvement in what you do with them. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim all liability for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized use of the proxy access by you or anyone using your key;
- We are not responsible for actions taken by any destination website, service, or third party in response to traffic routed through a proxy you accessed via our Service;
- We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, or outages of the underlying proxy providers whose lists we resell;
- We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use access purchased through the Service for:
- Any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the target system;
- Attacks on computer systems (DDoS, unauthorized intrusion, credential stuffing, etc.);
- Sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam);
- Fraud, or the facilitation of fraud against any person or organization;
- Any use that violates the acceptable-use policy of the underlying proxy provider whose key you were assigned (see their respective terms — access is via best-effort resale, and their rules still apply to how the underlying network may be used).
We reserve the right to disable a key without refund if we reasonably believe it is being used in violation of this section.
5. Payments & refunds
Payments are processed in cryptocurrency through third-party payment processors. Once a blockchain transaction confirms and your key is issued, the purchase is final — cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for a key you no longer need, or for the underlying provider's normal quality fluctuations. If a key was never issued due to a genuine technical failure on our side, contact support and we'll resolve it case by case (reissue, partial credit, or refund at our discretion).
6. IP limits & key rebinding
Each key is limited to a fixed number of source IP addresses, chosen at checkout, for the entire validity period of the key (not reset daily). Once that many distinct IPs have used a key, further new IPs are rejected until the key expires.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upstream provider outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruption. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
